Makes 2 good size pizzas
115g plain flour
110g pasta flour (if you don’t have this use 225g plain flour)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp easy blend yeast
150g warm water
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add the water and bring together into a ball.
Oil your worktop and your hands. Knead the dough for about 5-10 min.
Rub the dough generously with oil. Return to the bowl and leave for an hour.
Knock back and divide into 2 pieces. If you’re baking it straight away, leave for another 20mins before rolling out thinly to the size and shape you want.
If you’re going to freeze it, wrap each piece well in cling film before putting into a bag. Leave to defrost and then roll out as above.
Cover with your choice of toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 230C for about 10-15 minutes.
